When you start dreaming of your next Lake Norman vacation, Carolina retreat is the kind of home you envision. It has plenty of room for the whole family with four spacious bed rooms and even a downstairs rec room with a pool table and big-screen TV. The main floor includes a comfortable, open living area with the kitchen, dining room and living room all looking out over a wonderful lake view.
Outside there's a large deck with a view of the lake's main channel, but the home is located inside a wide cove so you don't have to worry about heavy boat traffic. The large dock is perfect for swimming around and parking your boat. There's a fire pit along the shore that even has a sandy gradual slope that makes it a perfect for kids to play while the parents watch from the shore. And since the home is located on two wooded parcels, there's plenty of room to play!
Carolina Retreat has plenty of parking for boat trailers and even an RV hookup!
